The present study was conducted to determine the effect of different concentrations of putrescine and spermidine at all stages of regeneration (callogenesis, somatic embryos multiplication, germination and rooting)) of date palm cultivar Barhee. The research addresses the gap in training methodologies by comparing the effects of heavy rope exercises versus hanging rope exercises.
