Job Satisfaction Among Faculty Members At The University Of Irbid College

This study measured and analyzed job satisfaction among faculty members at the university of Irbid College in relation to gender social status, years of experience, academic rank , qualification, the population consisted of 110 full-time Jordanian factually members. A total of 72. (61%) factually, members participated in this study. The research instrument which was developed by the researcher consisted of tow parts: personal information and the job Satisfaction Questionnaire Frequencies, percentages, means and one-way analyses of variance were employed to analyze the data. The level of significance was set at 0.05. A Secheffe method of multiple comparisons was used for follow-up investigation.                                     

    Overall results of the study may be summarized as follows:  first, job satisfaction for factually members was about average. The highest level of job satisfaction surveyed ranks in descending orders: 1- feeling of job stability 2- work condition 3- chances of job promotions 4- salary. Second. The results of the statistical analyzes revealed that there were no statically satisfaction defenses among the overall means and average at the level of (α= 0.05 ( concerning the level of job satisfaction that could be due to qualification. and gender social status but that there were statistically significant differences at the same level that could be due to teaching experiences .

The Common Fears among Pre-School Children and Its Relationship with the Parental Treatment Styles in Al Batinah South Governorate

Abstract

The study aims to identify the common fears of preschool children and their relationship to the approaches to parental treatment in South Al Batinah Governorate from their mother’s point of view. Total of (466) mothers were selected as the study sample. The researcher used the scale of common fear and the scale of parental treatment approaches. The aim of this study is to identify the effectiveness of a rational, emotional, behavioral program in developing self-efficacy to reduce the level of Burnout in 20 teachers of students with autism disorder in Jazan, Saudi Arabia.
