Abstract: The world witnessed the speed of a dangereuse virus now as Corona or Covid 19, which left many deaths in light of the inability of local and international Heath agencies to find a suitable vaccine to eliminate it and limit its spread, which negatively affected humain life in its various fields, and remains adopting healthy behaviors and habits A healthy Heath is the best solution to face the spread of the epidemic until realistic solutions that eliminate the virus are found.

MWCNTs and hybrid nanocomposite ZnO/Se/MWCNTs have been prepared via Solvothermal technique using Parr reactor at the temperature 180°C and SeCl2 as a catalyst. The obtained MWCNTs and ZnO/Se/MWCNTs are investigated using the FE-SEM, XRD, UV-VIS Spectroscopy and Z-Scan. The novelty of this research is studying the nonlinear optical properties for these prepared materials and the results exhibit that the thickness of the deposited film for hybrid nanocomposite ZnO/Se/MWCNTs is increased, which in turn, increase the nonlinear phase shift of the laser beam compared with the MWCNTs.

The construction of embankment for roadway interchange system at urban area is restricted due to the large geometry requirements, since the value of land required for such construction is high, and the area available is limited as compared to rural area. One of the optimum solutions to such problem is the earth reinforcement technique which requires a limited area for embankment construction. Gypseous soil from Al-Anbar governorate area was obtained and subjected to various physical and chemical analysis to determine it is properties.
