The contractual imbalance is perceived today by the majority of the doctrine as being one of the pitfalls to the execution of the contracts. Methodology of the Study:

          In order to achieve the objective of the study, the researcher chooses non-randomly the preparatory school affiliated to the District Chamchamal \ Suliemnaniya.
