After the amendment became finalized tool consists of (34) paragraph so that you do not delete any paragraph , has been using the pentatonic scale . Statistical methods : The researcher used the following statistical methods ( arithmetic mean , standard deviation, Ca 2 box , the Pearson correlation coefficient , test Altaúa for a single sample, test Altaúa for two samples ) . Conclusions : In the light of the results was reached the following conclusions : 1 - Weakness in the possession of school principals to knowledge management skill in the General Directorate for Educational Baghdad's Karkh second. 2 - There is no statistically significant differences in knowledge management by variable sex . 3 - The presence of statistically significant differences in knowledge management depending on the length of service for the benefit of the owners of the service more than 10 years . Recommendations: 1 - Develop objective criteria for the selection of school principals based competence and experience and academic achievement . 2 - Activation of in - service training courses for school administrators in accordance with educational developments and trends of modern management . 3 - To benefit from the experiences of excellence in educational institutions.

Concentrations of heavy metals (Copper Cu, Iron Fe, Manganese Mn, Cadmium Cd, and Lead Pb) have been studied in river crab Sesarma boulengeri (Outer part of the shield and interior tissues) which caught from two stations in Shatt Al – Arab river (Salhia and Aldeir areas). Elements concentrations were measured by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer, concentration of heavy metals in the internal tissues was higher than in the outer shield in both of the stations with the highest value of the elements was to iron 95.21 mg\ kg during the spring as well as copper was 55 mg\kg and manganese was 39.09 mg\kg. This research includes a study of the ability of Iraqi porcelanite rocks powder to remove the basic Safranine dye from its aqueous process by adsorption. The experiments were carried out at 298Kelvin in order to determine the effect of the starting concentration for Safranin dye, mixing time, pH, and the effect of ionic Strength. The good conditions were perfect for safranine dye adsorption was performed when0.0200g from that adsorbed particles and the removal max percentage was found be 96.86% at 9 mg/L , 20 minutes adsorption time and at PH=8 and in 298 K. A land magnetic survey was carried out along regional profile, which is located at the north part of the Iraqi western desert. It starts from al –Qaam City (at north) toward Rutba City (at south) with a total length of 238km. The survey was carried out along the paved road between the two cities, About 113 measuring points were done with inter-station distance of 2 km (for 198 km) and 2 to 5km (for 40km). Two proton magnetometers were used in this survey. One of them is used for base station monitoring, which was fixed as of Salah Aldin field (Akkas). Its readings were used for diurnal corrections.
