The research aims to measure short-term memory capacity for the kindergarten children, the researcher has prepared measure short-term memory capacity test for (4-6  years) Consists of two parts, Auditory memory, consisting of (4) items And visual memory, consisting of (5) items. Selected sample (340) children from for the kindergarten children.

The study aims to identify the cognitive bias and the level of emotional thinking among university students, besides, identifying the significant differences between male and female students regarding those two variables, and determine if there is a correlation between cognitive bias and emotional thinking. To this end, two scales were adopted to collect needed data: cognitive bias scale designed by (Al-any, 2015), composed of (14) items, and emotional thinking scale designed by (Abdu Allah, 2017), consisted of (27) items. The current research aims to identify the negotiation behavior of administrative teachers, as well as to identify the significance of the differences in negotiation behavior according to the variables (gender, scientific title, length of service). After confirming the psychometric characteristics of (20) items, the researchers applied the scale to (400) male and female administrative teaching staff who were randomly selected from the University of Baghdad for the academic year 2021/2022. Human beings are under the threat of the environment they are living in. With the course of time, they seriousness of this threat and its effect in changing their life .
