The most important results obtained by the researcher are:
1 - Statistics showed that dealt with evaluating the performance of teachers that there are differences between the performance of teachers and graduates of colleges of education academically qualified and professionally between teachers and graduates of the institutes to prepare teachers for the benefit of university teachers , where due to these differences .

Appeared that most of the sample of teachers who have found that their performance moderately . Or even those who have received high numbers professionally before exercising the profession of teaching performance in the classroom curriculum.
2 - Experience:
It has data showed a measure of teaching performance five fields that teachers with good performance and could for their teaching are more than five years older , but I doubt that the practice leads to the acquisition of skills different teaching and training pre- primary teachers and is the foundation for learning , and attend programs different training , or even benefit from the experience of his fellow teachers .

An experimental study was conducted to evaluate the effect of AL-coholic extract alkaloid of Cordia myxa leafs in fourth larval stage of lesser grain borer Rhyzopertha dominica. Using alkaline extracts of 8%, the study has been shown clear effect increased in mortality rate for fourth larval stage 93.3% and degressed to 66.6% at 4% concentrate to 13.3% with control treatment .Ahigher percentage of pupal mortality 16.6% at 4% concentrate has been observed, while no natural emergence carried out at concentrates of 4.6% comparing with control treatment of 86.66%, at the same time percentage of deformation has been increased to 16.66% at 4% of extracts and degressed to 6.66% at 6% while no deformation have been shown with control treatment .

All fractures were stabilized by external fixator device AO/ASIF type after failed the manipulation under anesthesia (MUA) to restore the osseous alignment. In 32 patients cancellous bone graft were used from the upper part of the tibia to enhance healing process, all these patients were followed for an average of 8–12 months. Our findings showed that stabilization of the fracture shaft tibia by external fixation with cancellous bone graft had significantly better result, than external fixation alone. In the Heet region (west of Iraq), two distinct forms of natural asphalt (NA) deposits exist: rock asphalt and sulfur spring asphalt. This study focused on using NA sourced from sulfur springs. The aim was to investigate the potential of incorporating NA into local asphalt mixtures. To achieve this, NA was heated to 163°C for varying durations.
