Building scale and in its five (59) fields items distributed to the areas of the scale and after that were treated statistically sincerity of virtual excellence and consistently applied to a sample of the number of teachers (100) .
The most important results obtained by the researcher are:
1 - Statistics showed that dealt with evaluating the performance of teachers that there are differences between the performance of teachers and graduates of colleges of education academically qualified and professionally between teachers and graduates of the institutes to prepare teachers for the benefit of university teachers , where due to these differences .
1 - a professional setting :
Appeared that most of the sample of teachers who have found that their performance moderately . Or even those who have received high numbers professionally before exercising the profession of teaching performance in the classroom curriculum.
2 - Experience:
It has data showed a measure of teaching performance five fields that teachers with good performance and could for their teaching are more than five years older , but I doubt that the practice leads to the acquisition of skills different teaching and training pre- primary teachers and is the foundation for learning , and attend programs different training , or even benefit from the experience of his fellow teachers .

trauma. Such injuries to the spleen represent
approximately one quarter of all blunt injuries of the
abdominal viscera.
Due to its remarkable vasculature and its fragile
structure, splenic rupture is the most widespread cause
of intra-abdominal hemorrhage.
Objective: To assess the magnitude of splenic injury,
the management of splenic injury, and to evaluate the
postoperative complications.

The purpose of this study is to use the MATLAB program to investigate the performance of an AO system with the most recent AO simulation tools, Objected-Oriented Matlab Adaptive Optics (OOMAO). This was achieved by studying the variables that impact image quality correction, such as observation wavelength bands, atmospheric parameters, telescope parameters, deformable mirror parameters, wavefront sensor parameters, and noise parameters.
