The problem of the current research has been crystallized through the study of the current reality of teaching Islamic Education in the intermediate schools. In order to get realistic results and to built on them the recommendations and suggestion that might help in improving teaching Islamic Education with more effective styles in the intermediate and secondary schools, this research has been formulated with the following question:

This study has aimed to measure the relationship between the skills required for the labor market and the employment of graduates of community colleges at King Khalid University. For gathering the required data, a questionnaire has been designed and distributed to the faculty members of community colleges at King Khalid University in a random sample method. The research addresses the specification table and the extent of its use in developing achievement tests, as well as detects the obstacles to its use through a sample of (120) respondents from the faculty members in some Baghdad schools and colleges.
