    لقد تفاقمت مشكلة تلوث البيئة في السنوات الأخيرة من العقد الأخير والعقد الأول من القرنين العشرين والحادي والعشرين على التوالي بشكل يلفت النظر. إذ انتشر الاستعمال غير العقلاني للموارد الطبيعية من مياه ملوثة وسكن غير صحي وغير ملائم وسؤ التغذية وظروف الصحة العامة الرديئة وانتشار العوادم التي تحدثها المركبات والمولدات التي انتشرت في أحياء المدن العراقية لتزوي

The study focuses on identifying the reality of administrative creativity of secondary schools' managers in Al-zarqaa province. The descriptive approach was adopted to conduct this study. To achieve the study objective, the author designed a questionnaire composed of (24) items included (4) domains applied on (80) male and female school managers were selected randomly. The results showed that the administrative creativity level of secondary school's managers over all domains were too high which ranked as school management domain followed by public community domain then teacher domain and finally, school environment domain. Additionally, each of male, private sector, and experience over 10 years revealed significant differences.

Moreover, it aims to identify the correlation relationship between the variables of parental treatment methods and self-efficacy among middle school students. Some children are suffering from introversion in kindergartens , so it must be confront and obviated by specialists because it will inevitably lead to unsatisfactory results reflect negatively on the individual and the community together . The study aims to identify the neurological perfectionism of talented girls with disabilities and do a case study for one of these girls.
