Persuasion is a process studied by many scholars from the Greek time until the present. One persuasion strategy is metadiscourse, which refers to the writers' awareness of their text, the way they present themselves to the readers. The writers use metadiscourse markers to help the readers understand the real meaning of the text (Hyland 2005).  The paper carries out a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the employment of persuasive metadiscourse markers in two English trade agreements and two Arabic agreements has provided in terms of Hyland's (2005) model of interactive and interactional markers. The current study aimed to measure the attitudes of female teachers towards the use of digital learning and the degree of possessing their digital education skills. The study sample consisted of (180) workers with disabilities (mental disability، auditory impairment، visual disability، hyperactivity and distraction. To achieve the goals of the study, the transformation measure was used towards digital education for people with disabilities. The study reached the following results: the availability of digital learning skills among workers with disabilities. The study concluded with a series of recommendations including holding Training courses to keep up with the challenges of educational trends and modern technology in this area.

Cheating in the Technical College -Baghdad. The study was made on a sample of
(88) students in the fourth (final) year who were randomly selected from the every
scientific department in the college. The researchers prepared academic cheating a
questionnaire. The research results showed that. The results showed that there is a
strong trend among the students to reject the cheating phenomenon. ( 72.72%) of
the specimen groups do not see that there is a justification in cheating, on the other
hand the results determined the means and reasons for the cheating by the students
