The study aims budget in grades use of smart phones to individuals (sample) according variable sex (males and females) and used researcher descriptive analytical method consisted sample of (300) students have chosen the way stratified random, and the study variables (academic achievement of students, sex and the use of Smart phones) resolution was adopted as a tool for data collection. The most important results of the study that females are more commonly used for smart phones, as well as the existence of a positive relationship between the inverse statistically significant use of smart phones and the rate of school for students and the use of smart phones has a negative impact on the academic achievement of the students. So Parents should follow up their children because the children stay in their homes is no longer enough to protect them and immunized from negative variables form in which it was the case for previous generations, it may be son in his room and in the thought of parents that safety away from what may be suffered by the cons out of the house while he is browsing social networking sites. Or practiced digital games, and what they connect to the outside world without restrictions. Which requires the need to follow up their children in the Atchaaram spying on them or have confidence in them.

The present paper describes the first part of the work; that is the design calculations, simulation and construction. It will be followed by a second part that describes testing and calibration of the tunnel. The proposed wind tunnel has a test section with cross sectional area of (0.7 x 0.7 m2) and length of (1.5 m). The maximum speed is about (70 m/s) with empty test section. The contraction ratio is (8.16). Three screens are used to minimize flow disturbances in the test section.

This study aims to determine the reasons for the increase in the frequency of sand and dust storms in the Middle East and to identify their sources and mitigate them. A set of climatic data from 60 years (1960–2022) was analyzed. Sand storms in Iraq are a silty sand mature arkose composed of 72.7% sand, 25.1% silt, and 2.19% clay; the clay fraction in dust storms constitutes 70%, with a small amount of silt (20.6%) and sand (9.4%). Dust and sand storms (%) are composed of quartz (49.2, 67.1), feldspar (4.9, 20.9), calcite (38, 5), gypsum (4.8, 0.4), dolomite (0.8, 1.0), and heavy minerals (3.2, 6.6). Abstract
This study aims to identify the level of emotional intelligence among principals of basic education schools in Al-Dakhiliya Governorate. The descriptive approach was used. A questionnaire of two parts was utilized; its second part included (27) items divided into five dimensions related to emotional intelligence. The study sample consisted of (337) teachers representing 52% of the study sample were randomly selected.
