I've seen the science of management, particularly in the field of strategic management, large shifts and changes, especially in the last two decades, as the RPR Strategic Management rich field of research and the emergence of other theories and refute. In the last decade researchers have begun to care greatly summit pyramid organization, namely the strategic leadership, as one of the key determinants of the success of contemporary organizations. Not even the most important element, especially in lost successive changes in the third millennium. The researchers sought towards the study of the most important factors affecting the strategic leadership, and how to make the most of this leadership, and how to develop and upgrading, as well as the transfer of leadership from individual leadership to the collective leadership under the name of what is known as a team of senior management, it started a lot of specialists tend, in the largest group of strategic leadership towards rather than relying on a single individual as a leader strategically unite the organization. As a result of this shift, new problems was how the formation of this team, and what are the factors it has emerged. Hence this study was to examine the effect of strategic leadership and effectiveness of senior management teams, and the rationale for the research regarding the dilemma of intellectual study represented leadership and strategic effectiveness of senior leadership and attempt to explain part of the factors influencing the effectiveness of the team and its ability to achieve its objectives, and other reasons related to the field of the problem and of Clearly, weakness in the performance of strategic leadership in the Iraqi environment. A spectrophotometric- reverse flow injection analysis (rFIA) method has been proposed for the determination of Nitrazepam (NIT) in pure and pharmaceutical preparations. The method is based upon the coupling reaction of NIT with a new reagent O-Coumaric acid (OCA) in the presence of sodium periodate in an aqueous solution. The blue color product was measured at 632 nm. The variation (chemical and physical parameters) related with reverse flow system were estimated. One male specimen of the species Metapenaeus stebbingi Nobili, 1904 was first recorded in November 2021 from the Iraqi territorial waters, Northwest of the Arabian Gulf. Therefore, the investigated shrimp species nominally corresponds to the original description of M. stebbing through the main diagnostic features. It must be adopted in the spread and expansion of species, a new record of the area, and a distinctive addition to the species of commercial shrimp within the Iraqi marine waters.

This study focused on determining the markers of Macrophage migration inhibitor (MIF), as well as the N-telopeptides of type I bone collagen (NTX), and some other parameters (alkaline phosphatase (ALP), vitamin D (Vit D), calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P), and magnesium (Mg), and their correlation with other parameters in osteoporosis. One hundred ten subjects were involved in the current study. There were two groups of patients: group I (30) women with severe osteoporosis and group II (30) women with mild osteoporosis. For comparison, 50 apparently healthy individuals were included as a control. This study aimed at recognizing the impact of empowerment of human resources strategy on enhancing the financial performance in working banks in Jordan, the axes of the strategy were: informative sharing, free and independence, working teams, and organizational power. To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire is designed and distributed on the sample of the study, which represented 60 employees of Banks. After analyzing the data by using SPSS, the study resulted that there is positive impact of empowerment of human resources strategy on enhancing the financial performance in working banks in Jordan. Influence of combined square nozzle with helical tape inserted in a constant heat flux tube on heat transfer enhancement for turbulent airflow for Reynolds number ranging from 7000 to 14500 were investigated experimentally. Three different pitch ratios for square nozzle (PR = 5.8, 7.7 and 11.6) according to three different numbers of square nozzle (N = 3, 4 and 5) and constant pitch ratios for helical tape were used. The results observed that the Nusselt number and friction factor for combination with winglets were found to be up to 33.8 % and 21.4 %, respectively higher than nozzle alone for pitch ratio PR=5.8.
