For the purpose of achieving the objectives of this study, the researcher adopted on the scale prepared by researchers Alazerjaoa and Kazem 2010
The researcher found that the efficiency of teaching the professors of the University of Tikrit enjoys a good level, but it was not to be of high quality, as the researcher found that there were no differences in university professors values depending on the variable sex while there were differences in the assessment of the evaluation process depending on the variable of specialization and in favor of Specialization scientific

Environmentally friendly copper oxide nanoparticles (CuO NPs) were prepared with a green synthesis route via Anchusa strigosa L. Flowers extract. These nanoparticles were further characterized by FTIR, XRD and SEM techniques. Removing of Gongo red from water was applied successfully by using synthesized CuO NPs which used as an adsorbent material. It was validated that the CuO NPs eliminate Congo red by means of adsorption, and the best efficiency of adsorption was gained at pH (3). The purpose of this study is to demonstrate a simple high sensitivity vapor sensor for propanol ((CH3)2CHOH). A free space gap was employed in two arms of a Mach-Zehnder interferometer to serve as the sensing mechanism by adding propanol volume (0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, and 1) ml and to set the phase reference with a physical spacing of (0.5, 1, 1.5, and 2) mm.
