The effect of a counseling program to develop the skills of friendship among introverts children

Some children are suffering from introversion in kindergartens , so it must be confront and obviated by specialists because it will inevitably lead to unsatisfactory results reflect negatively on the individual and the community together . And the introvert child is a miserable child incapable of social interaction or give - and - take with colleagues , lack of integration of the child to life leads to the obstruction of  participation with his peers in various activities.     Introversion  causes a real emotional deficit to the children of kindergartens which limits of possibility of their intellectual development and mental growth and that because of their isolation and poor focus in educational skills and also lack the necessary social skills to maintain the ties of friendship and the enjoyment of them.

The current research aims to:

1- identifying the introverts children .

2- identifying the impact of the training program to develop the skills of friendship among introverts children of kindergartens.

       the experimental group and the control group that  got a higher score than the theoretical average and number (28) children ( 14) children in the experimental group and (14) children in the control group , then the experimental group has exposed to the independent variable (counseling programm) and then the post - test has applied on the experimental and control groups to extract the difference between the scores of the two groups .     Benefit has been gained from the analysis of open question answers and from the review of the  theories  and previous studies in the formulation of tool phrases (introvert behavior) , as a prelude to extract the sincerity and persistence . The researcher introduced items (introvert behavior) that consisting of (61) items on a group of experts and specialists in educational and psychological science, and asked them to express their opinion in the clarity of phrases and efficiency in every area in the fields, and after using the statistical means results showed the following:

1-The existence of statistical  significance differences between the pre and post tests on the list of the introvert behavior of the experimental group and for the benefit of post - test .

2-there is no statistical  significance differences between the pre and post tests for the control group .

3-The existence of statistical significance differences between grades of scores of the experimental group and the control group on the list of introvert behavior after the application of the program and this due to the impact of the program and its effectiveness .

4-The lack of statistical  significance differences between grades of scores of the experimental group in the first post tests and second posttest (delayed) , which was executed a month after the first post-test .

          In the light of the following results and put some of the recommendations and the following proposals have been set .
