العنف ضد المرأة وعلاقته بالألم النفسي لموظفات جامعة بغداد

The current research aims at identifying the level of violence against women and relationship with psychological pain according to social status . To achieve the aims of the study a sample has been chosen to be (200) employers distributed to five colleges at Baghdad university. The violence scale which consists of (23) items in its final from , and the psychological pain scale which consists of (30) items in its final form and extracted validity and reliability of the scale the findings of the study include the following :-

  • The employers of Baghdad university don’t have any violence.
  • The employers of Baghdad university don’t have any psychological pain .
  • There was relationship between the violence and psychological pain.
  • The difference in violence comparisons according to the social status to the benefit of the divorced women.

the light of the findings the researcher set numbers of recommendations and suggestions.

The Effect of a Behavioral-Cognitive Training Program on Problems Solving among college students in the faculty of education for women : Baghdad University

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of a Cognitive- Behavioral Training Program in reducing Problems Solving among a sample of education university  College Students, the study sample consisted of (50) students were randomly assigned to two groups: experimental, and control; (25) students per group, the results of (ANOVA) revealed that there were significant differences at (p < 0.05) between experimental and control group in Problems Solving level, while there were significant differences between both groups in achievement. The researchers recommended further studies on the other variables which after training students on the method of solving problems and techniques to reduce stress.<

Test anxiety and cognitive representation among university students

This study was conducted to determine the relationship between test anxiety and cognitive representation among university students. To this end, 152 student (male, female) were chosen randomly from scientific and social departments to fill out the questionnaires of test anxiety and cognitive representation. The researcher utilized Independent Samples T-Test, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, Cronbach's alpha and T-Test in his study. The result revealed that there were negative and a weak correlation between test anxiety and cognitive representation among university students.
