In this research, four T-section  RC beams having the same dimensions and material properties were casted and tested up to failure by applying two mid-third concentrated loads. Methodology: A cross sectional study was performed in order to assess the level of awareness regarding reproductive
health among 180 adolescent school girls in the age 12-18 years from five secondary schools in Al-Seder Sector in
Baghdad city, the data was collected by direct interview using constructed questionnaire to obtain socio-demographic
characteristics and level of awareness related to reproductive health. The study started from September 2012 to

Through social service tasks for the elderly, it natural for elder people to have some attitudes about the quality and nature of provided services, whether negative or positive. Accordingly, the current research is an attempt to investigate the attitudes of the elderly toward the social service provided to them in the nursery homes. The research sample included 60 elderly people chosen from the nursey home at Al-Karrada district and then a scale of attitudes was administered to them that had proved its reliability and validity. The research considers The Analysis Dimensions of The organizational citizen ship Behavior for a sample of the Faculty of the university of Baghdad through the five Dimensions of citizenship ((Altruism– couscientiosness– sportsmanship courtesy– civic virtue))
