The Current research aims to identify ( The effects of Daniel Model in Cognitive Motivation for the Students of the Third grade average ) , To verify the objective of this research , the researchers added nul hypothesis following : There is no difference is statistically significant at the level of ( 0.05 ) between the average scores of students who studied Daniel Model and the average students who studied by using traditional method in Cognitive Motivation scale. The research was conducted on a sample of the average Third grade students in a medium Al – sadiq Al – Ameen secretary for boys affiliated to the General Directorate for Educational in Baghdad Al – rusafa 2 and for academic year ( 2014 – 2015 ) , the researchers adopted a two Experimental design as research sample ( 55 ) students from the average Third grade students were Selected randomly by the division of A by ( 27 ) students stood to represent the control group , who studied by using traditional method and the Division B by ( 28 ) students groups to represent the Experimental group that studied Daniel Model and rewarded the two groups in the Variables (Students achievement in Physics second grade average, Chronological age in months , intelligence , in Cognitive Motivation ) , and has one of the researchers thought himself by the two groups in two servings per week for each group , was preparing Cognitive Motivation scale including ( 50 ) negative and positive items were verified face validity , by submitting it to a group of specialists , then applied on a prospective sample to calculated the discriminatory power of the item of the scale was calculated construct validity and factor validity have been confirmed persistence of the adoption equation alpha – cronbach reliability coefficient ( 0.89 ) as well as split – half reliability ( 0.83 ) and Test – retest reliability ( 0.90 ). Using simplest t – test with the two ends of the two independent sample were null hypothesis testing yielded results in terms of statistically test. There is a statistically significant difference between the average degree of the experimental group and the control group in the the Cognitive Motivation scale for the experimental group, In the results of researchers sees the need to : 1- A adoption specimen Daniel Mode in teaching physics and included in the curricula and teaching methods course in colleges of education . 2- Conduct similar studies in several stages of study materials and to know their impact on other variables.

Based on the diazotization-coupling reaction, a new, simple, and sensitive spectrophotometric method for determining of a trace amount of (BPF) is presented in this paper. Diazotized metoclopramide reagent react with bisphenol F produces an orange azo-compound with a maximum absorbance at 461 nm in alkaline solution. The experimental parameters were optimized such as type of alkaline medium, concentration of NaOH, diazotized metoclopramide amount, order additions, reaction time, temperature, and effect of organic solvents to achieve the optimal performance for the proposed method. Attention is focused on the fact that the layer of obsolete lexical units belongs to a number of nationally specific vocabulary, the development of which forms an understanding of the nature of the actualized language. Stimulative effect of 10 mW He-Ne laser on the phagocytic activity of human polymorphonuclear leukocytes( PMNs) has been studied in vitro. Normal polymorphonuclear leucocytes were isolated from the human peripheral blood. A mixture of 0.25 ml of Hanks solution, 0.25 ml of serum, 0.25 ml of Candida albicans suspension and 0.25 ml of PMNs suspension was prepared. The samples of mixture of PMNs and Candida were subdivided in 1 ml ependrof tubes and irradiated to He-Ne laser for 1, 3, 5, 10 and 20 min. The diameter of the irradiated area was 0.8 cm. The current study was conducted for studying the impact of cold plasma on the expression level of three genes that participate in the biosynthesis of the phenylpropanoid pathway in Ocimum basilicum. These studied genes were cinnamate 4-hydroxylase (c4h), 4-coumarate CoA ligase (4cl), and eugenol O-methyl transferase (eomt). Also, the cold plasma impact was studied on the essential oil components and their relation with the gene expression level.
