يُعد اضطراب طيف التوحد من الاضطرابات النمائية الأكثر انتشاراً، ويشكل تحدي للأُسرة والمجتمع بأكمله، وتنوعت أساليب تشخيصه حسب الأعراض الظاهرة، وينبغي ان يتم التفريق بين هذا الإضطراب والاضطرابات النمائية الاخرى، كذلك هدف البحث إلى إعداد أداة لقياس هذا الإضطراب وفقا للدليل الإحصائي الخامس للإضطرابات النفسية والعقلية (DSM-5 ، وكذلك تعرف أكثر الأعراض شيوعاً لدى عينة من اطفال اضطراب طيف التوحد بلغت (60)

Abstract

The current research aims to identify the effectiveness of concept maps in the academic achievement of the art of elegance and fashion for third vocational students. The current research is a quasi-experimental one. The research sample consisted of (74) female students in Al-Saydiyah secondary school for girls, they were divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group. The study attempts to identify 1) the habits of playing video games among students, 2) the effect of playing video games on students’ academic achievement, 3) the statistically significant differences among students in regard of (gender, time of playing video games, number of hours). Echinococcosis is a zoonotic disease caused by the larval stage of the tapeworm Echinococcus granulosus. This disease is an important public health and a significant economic issue in Iraq, where the lungs and livers are the popular places of infection. The aim of the current study focused on using the molecular techniques in the detection of an E. granulosus strain that causes cystic echinococcosis to human, sheep and cattle in Thi-Qar province, Iraq. In this study, from a total of 856 mastitis cases in lactating ewes, only 34 Streptococcus agalactiae isolates showed various types of resistance to three types of antibiotics (Penicillin, Erythromycin and Tetracycline). St. agalactiae isolates were identified according to the standard methods, including a new suggested technique called specific Chromogenic agar.
