The divorce is one of the important problem that prominence in Iraq it needs a remedy speedily .

This problem appears specially at the war of 2003 , it is effected on culture and it trances through communications tools , internet and satellite .

Supreme judicial council recorded about (41536) divorced cases , whereas the rate of this number arise to (87.530) through 2012 , in the same time the Iraqi courts recorded about 20%-30% of wedding cases .

The current research aims to identify the psychological well-being of the educational counselors, as well as to identify the significance of differences in psychological well-being according to the variables (gender, duration of service). The number of scale's items reached (42) items distributed evenly on six dimensions (autonomy, environmental mastery, personal growth, positive relationships with others, purpose in life, self-acceptance), for each field (7) items. Reciprocal Teaching is an interactive method that is used to improve reading comprehension. Using this teaching strategy, teachers and students take turns leading discussions regarding sections of text using the four strategies: predicting, questioning, clarifying and summarizing. This study is an attempt to investigate the effect of using reciprocal teaching on improving female college students' achievement in reading comprehension.
