The study aims to explore the effect of cognitive behavioral therapy on internet addiction among university students. The experimental method was used. The study population consisted of (100) university students (50 males, 50 females). The Research sample included (13) University students at Baghdad University addicted to the Internet (9 males, 4 females), divided into two groups: a control group consisting of (6) individuals (4 males, 2 females) and an experimental sample consisting of (6) individuals (4 males, 2 females). The Scale of Internet Addiction by Young (1996), which was translated and modified into the Arabic language by (Moegel and Prism, 2016), was administered to the study sample. The sample was subjected to two sessions per week that lasted for one month and a half, the time of each session was (45) minutes. The results revealed that there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group and the control group before and after applying the treatment program in favor of the post-measurement. The current study aims to examine the level of cognitive management requirement among the governmental secondary schools' managers in al-hial province in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. To do this, the author designed a questionnaire comprised (20) item which was applied on (250) managers included (113) manager hold bachelor degree and (137) manager hold master degree. To carry out this study, the researcher utilized the descriptive approach. The findings revealed that a high level of cognitive management requirements among secondary schools' managers as well as there is a significant difference at the (0.05) level regarding degree type, but there is no a significant difference according to gender variable.

Background: The relation between insulin resistance ,leptin levels and other hormones in women with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) is still controversial.Metformin therapy is proved effective in reducing insulin resistance and also in some studies it was seen to be effective in reducing leptin levels.

Objective: to study the effect of metformin on reducing leptin levels and enhancing ovulation in PCOS women.
Methods:metformin 500mg 3 times daily for 3 months was was given to 36 women
with proved PCOS, in addition to that, other parameters were included.
Results:28 women out of 36(77.78%) showed an evidence of ovulation ovulation after 3 months of metformin therapy(p<0.01)
