تعاني الطفولة العراقية منذ عدة سنوات نزاعات وحروب جعلت حياتهم رهينة ظروف استثنائية بأستمرار نتيجة تعرضهم للضغوط الصدمية والتي تؤدي الى ارتفاع مستوى التوتر . ومن هنا تبلورت مشكلة البحث الحالي من خلال الاجابة عن الأسئلة التالية :-

This research aims at measuring the relationship between moral intelligence and academic adjustment for sixth year primary School Pupils.

The research is assigned to sixth year primary school pupils- Baghdad –the 2^nd   karkh of the both genders .The total sample includes (500) pupils .The researchers has built two scales one for Moral Intelligence and another for Academic Adjustment and applied them on the total sample of the research .The researchers treated data by appropriate statistical means .The research has reached the following results:

The research aims to identify the correlation between self-reliance and human relationship of kindergartens’ teachers. Total of (120) kindergarten teachers at Baghdad city. To collect needed data, two scales were administered to the research sample consisted of (25) items of each scale with (five) alternatives. The objective of this research to identify the level of job satisfaction among lecturers Iraqi universities on the Law of University Service has determined the research community in the teaching staff or lecturers University (Baghdad, Mustansiriya, Technology, Al-Nahrean) were selected the same of them with a volume of (400) teaching (male and female) to complete the research has been prepared to identify composed of (49) items distributed on four axes and Search Results indicated that the level of job satisfaction among the teaching Iraqi university courses on the law of service is characterized by the presence of positive and job satisfaction and the law in general.
