The study aimed to get acquainted with kindergarten teachers in the development of
emotional intelligence in children, To achieve this a study too, which consisted of 40 items,
within four areas was condncted: (managing emotions, emotional knowledge, empathy, social

 This study investigated three aims for the extent of effectiveness of the two systems in educational development of educators. To achieve this, statistical analysis was performed between the two groups that consisted of (26) participants of the electronic teaching method and (38) participants who underwent teaching by the conventional electronic lecture. The research aims to measure family negligence and its relationship with internet addiction among university students. The researcher has developed a scale of (20) items to measure the negligence of family, which was applied to (308) male and female university students in the first and fourth stages. The research concluded that University students suffer from family negligence. The research sample has an addiction to the Internet.
