The strategies of knowledge management have became the basis in the promotion of core competencies. Therefore gained an increasing prominence. This led the administrations of organizations to work to effectiveness of there strategies, which results to build there core competences through teamwork, empowerment and personal effectiveness of employees. From this arises research problem about the  organizations leaders recognize extent of knowledge management strategies which that lead to core competence. This paper proposed a new approach for an underwater visible light communication (UVLC) system using MIMO (2Tx/2Rx) technology. The BER performance, Q-factor, and data rate of the UVLC system are looked at in coastal waters of the Jerov type (J1C, J3C, J5C, J7C, and J9C). The applied system takes into account the angles ranging from 0 to 15° and 45°. The results indicated that 32-PPM outperformed other modulation techniques.

The aim of this study is to recognize the influence of model of active thinking in achievement ofeighth grade students andtheir visual thinking in science.The finds of this research show the superiority students of the experimental group who studied the science material by using the active thinking model on the students of the control group who studied by usual method, in the achievement test. Also the finds show that the students of the experimental group are more successful than students of control group in the test of visual thinking, so the two null hypotheses have been rejected. In light of the results of the research, numbers of recommendations were made.
