Sixty first-year students from Al-Furat Al–Awsat Technical University participated in this study. Abstract Exotoxin A is the most lethal virulence factor produced by Pseudomonas aeruginosa. It inhibits elongation factor-2 by ADP-ribosylation of EF2.
