وهدف البحث إلى التعرف على الاوهام الايجابية فضلاً عن التعرف على الفروق في الاوهام الايجابية بين الطالبات على وفق متغير الحالة الاجتماعية (متزوجة – غير متزوجة) والتخصص الدراسي (علمي – انساني) والمرحلة الدراسية (اول- رابع)، تألفت عينة البحث من (120) طالبة من طالبات جامعة بغداد -كلية التربية للبنات وكلية العلوم للبنات، وتم تطبيق مقياس البحث - مقياس (الاوهام الايجابية) وهو (من إعداد الباحثة)، وقد اسفرت نتائج البحث عن:

This study measured and analyzed job satisfaction among faculty members at the university of Irbid College in relation to gender social status, years of experience, academic rank , qualification, the population consisted of 110 full-time Jordanian factually members. A total of 72. (61%) factually, members participated in this study. The research instrument which was developed by the researcher consisted of tow parts: personal information and the job Satisfaction Questionnaire Frequencies, percentages, means and one-way analyses of variance were employed to analyze the data. The level of significance was set at 0.05. A Secheffe method of multiple comparisons was used for follow-up investigation.      

In the present work, the pollutants of the municipal wastewater are reduced using Chlorella vulgaris microalgae. The pollutants that were treated are: Total organic carbon (TOC), Chemical oxygen demand (COD), Nitrate (NO₃), and Phosphate (PO₄). In order to specify the features of higher education process and its quantitative and qualitative development in Iraq ; one should look back at its historical process and the need of interesting with it .

Accordingly , there will be a chance for verifying the demand of the Iraqi society according to the political , social , and cultural changes especially  during the national governance (1932 – 1958 ) .

For depicting the most important quantitative and qualitative development of this kind of education the period of 1932 -1958 , and since there is no previous study that tackled this topic , here comes the need of writing this paper .
