The seventh international scientific conference held at the "University of Baghdad" College of Education "Ibn Rushd" 14-15 / 4/2019, confirmed in its recommendations the need to draw clear strategic planning to invest the qualitative inputs from the Ministry of Education and focus on it in higher education, which requires educational institutions to amend from its current strategies or adopting new strategies in a way that contributes to presenting new ways to compete and keep pace with scientific progress and to find realistic and objective working methods. The aim of the current study is to identify the reality of university strategic planning to invest the outputs of the distinguished schools of the heads of public universities. The researcher adopted the descriptive approach. The current research community consists of the deans of the colleges of the governmental universities in Baghdad city such as Baghdad, Al-Mustansiriya, Al-Nahrain, Technology, Al-Iraqiya. The numbers of the research community are (72) deans. The result of the study revealed that there is no strategic planning to invest in the outputs of the distinguished schools. It came out with a set of conclusions. and recommendations included that there is a planning gap between the" Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research regarding students of distinguished schools and their treatment of the same mechanisms of dealing with other students.
Co-composting process can be acquired by combining organic fraction of municipal solid waste (OFMSW) with sewage sludge (SS) and mature compost (MC) as enhancement and bulking agent to overcome the problems of municipal solid waste and wastewater treatment plants besides the finally produced fertilizer usage for agriculture and horticulture. The effects of different mixture ratios of (OFMSW), (SS) and (MC) on the performance of composting process were investigated in this study. Piles of about 10 kg were prepared by mixing OFMSW, SS and MC in three different ratios (w/w) [OFMSW: SS: MC= 3:1:1, 3:2:1, and 3:3:1]. We report a method of converting non-conductive plastic surfaces into conductive by plating either copper electroless or copper electroplating -carbon black containing bending Agent onto Perspex plastics . Various approaches have been studied in order to comparing properties of the plated copper for two methods such as scanning electron microscopy (SEM),thickness, roughness, porosity, tensile Strength and elongation. Our research comes to shed light on Iraqi literature as literature that arose in special circumstances alongside foreign literature. Using comparative research methods, we chose to highlight two distinguished writers, who have their mark in the world of literature. The first is the Iraqi writer Maysaloun Hadi, who is considered an icon of Iraqi feminist literature, and the second is the French writer Le Clézieu, who won the Nobel in 2008. We will see through the research how the two authors expressed their views of modernity and urbanism. And how each of them separately portrayed the psychological and moral projections that formed the essence of man today.

The reaction of 2-amino-benzothiazole with bis [O,O-2,3,O,O – 5,6 – (chloro(carboxylic) methiylidene) ] – L – ascorbic acid (L-AsCl2) gave new product 3-(Benzo[d]Thaizole-2-Yl) – 9-Oxo-6,7,7a,9-Tertrahydro-2H-2,10:4,7-Diepoxyfuro [3,2-f][1,5,3] Dioxazonine – 2,4 (3H) – Dicarboxylic Acid, Hydro-chloride (L-as-am)), which has been insulated and identified by (C, H, N) elemental microanalysis (Ft-IR),(U.v–vis), mass spectroscopy and H-NMR techniques. The (L-as am) ligand complexes were obtained by the reaction of (L-as-am) with [M(II) = Co,Ni,Cu, and Zn] metal ions.
