The Constitutional Revolution is an important event in the modern history of Iran. It led to major changes in the political system and the education system. In addition  to it, laws were enacted that contributed to increasing the number of students who were unable to learn because of their deteriorating economic situation. The revolution also contributed to opening the way for girls to enter the country.  Schools after that was forbidden due to the opposition of the clergy, as the enemy of female education is contrary to Sharia, and different classes appeared in society calling for the fight against ignorance, the development of learning, the education of girls, and the establishment of modern schools for their education

Mesopotamia civilization had clear effect through the world and the reason behind this is the political ,literary, artistic, and architect achievements . Religious is the faith of finding powers with senses , it aims to connect between groups of behaviors and spirit guides that presents interpretation to person about myths of death and life .

It is difficult to understand ancient Iraqi civilization before we can study religious and faiths .  The organizations recognize what the effective role of time management in achieving competitive advantage and success. But the effectiveness depends on integrating some organization actions which perspective are relating with it by significance relations and high affect. From this the research problem is arising، which descripe the recognizing of libraries managers for the role of some organizational actions. The samples from (40) libraries managers are chosen.

Coupling reaction of ( 4-amino antipyrene) with the (L- tyrosine ) gave the new azo ligand 2- ( 4- Antipyrene azo ) - tyrosine .Treatment of this ligand with metal ions (Mn(II) ,Co(II), Ni(II), and Cu(II) )in ethanolic medium in (1:2) (M:L) ratio yield a series of a neutral complexes of the general formula [M(L)2] . In this research local wheat peel was used as an adsorbent surface for removal of Azure B (AB) dye from the aqueous solution. The adsorption process was performed at different experimental parameters, equilibrium time, temperature, ionic strength and solution pH. The isotherms of adsorption are of H-type as compared with Giles curves and the adsorption data were coincide with Freundlich equation. The adsorption kinetic data were analyzed using pseudo- first and second order kinetic models.
