The study aimed to explore the school principals’ servant leadership practices for primary teachers’ perspectives in the Sultanate of Oman, furthermore to investigate the differences in those practices attributable to variables (gender, qualification, educational stage, years of experience, governorate). The study relied on the descriptive approach, by employing the survey research design using the questionnaire as a main tool for data collection, which included five dimensions of servant leadership (altruism, humility, enhancing teacher development, emotional healing, commitment to community development), Data collected from (1094) teachers in basic education schools, and they were chosen randomly. The results of the study indicated that teachers perceived servant leadership among their principals in Oman to a “large degree in dimensions (altruism, humility, enhancing teacher development, commitment to community development), while the emotional healing came at a with a moderate degree. The study concluded with several recommendations, the most important of which is working on implementing training programs for school principals to develop their skills in servant leadership practices, their benefits and their impact on both improving school and educational performance.
In this study four species from Solanaceae family was conducted. These four species belong to four different genera (Solanum L. ? Physalis L. ?Withania Pauq. ? Lycium L.) This present study demonstrated that liver was involved in 14 %of typhoid patients manifesting with hepatomegaly. Elevation of serum enzymes in typhoid fever was presumably of a muscular origin, while elevation of liver enzyme was relatively less common. This study was performed on 30 female patients diagnosed by ultrasound (US) of abdomen, with paratyphoid A, ranged between (20-40) years compared with 30 healthy control .Patients volunteers were treated with appropriate antibiotics for 14 days and investigations were repeated 2-3 week after completion of treatment. The purpose of this paper is to recognize the impact of database levels on fields of banking service (provision of remittance services and transfer of funds, save financial deposits, provision of personal loans services) in some of Iraqi banks using one-way multivariate analysis of variance. The paper population consisted of (120) employees, then a random stratified sample of (104) employees was taken. A questionnaire paper consists of (24) items were designed in order to analyze by one-Way multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) using SPSS.One of the main findings of the current paper is that there is an impact of database on fields of banking service in Iraqi banks (Al Rafidain and Al Rasheed).
