The study aimed to explore the school principals’ servant leadership practices for primary teachers’ perspectives in the Sultanate of Oman, furthermore to investigate the differences in those practices attributable to variables (gender, qualification, educational stage, years of experience, governorate). The study relied on the descriptive approach, by employing the survey research design using the questionnaire as a main tool for data collection, which included five dimensions of servant leadership (altruism, humility, enhancing teacher development, emotional healing, commitment to community development), Data collected from (1094) teachers in basic education schools, and they were chosen randomly. The results of the study indicated that teachers perceived servant leadership among their principals in Oman to a “large degree in dimensions (altruism, humility, enhancing teacher development, commitment to community development), while the emotional healing came at a with a moderate degree. The study concluded with several recommendations, the most important of which is working on implementing training programs for school principals to develop their skills in servant leadership practices, their benefits and their impact on both improving school and educational performance.
In recent decades, breeding deer populations in Iraq have expanded significantly in size and distribution. Owing to their role in pathogen transmission, these deer populations pose a risk to the livestock industry. However, little is known about the parasitic infection status of the breeding deer and the surrounding environment in Iraq. The study aimed to investigate the effect of using the intructional computer individually or through the cooperative groups on the achievement of the ninth grade students in mathematics compared to the traditional method. The experimental method adapted three groups out of three schools were chosen, two groups of the students where applied the computer method. The comtrol group used the simple random method, and it used the diagnostic test as tool for the study.The result showed that there is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the experimental groups and the control group on the post-test for the two experimental groups.

The current study included details of the anatomical characteristics of vegetative parts including the root, stem, leaf in cultivated Iraq for the species Brassciaaleraceacabbage, where the study dealt with the stomatal index and the rate of both the length and width of the stomatal complex and the thickness of the periderm, the tissue, cortex, vascular cylinder and pith.
