The objective of the research was to evaluate consumer purchasing behavior through the Internet, such as consumer behavior, reasons for buying online, purchasing advantages over the Internet, personal variables (gender, age, marital status, education level, income, and income and job type). The questionnaire was adopted as a main tool in the survey of the views of a sample of consumers in Baghdad governorate (100) people and analyzed their answers using the statistical program SPSS in calculating the mean and standard deviation Centigrade, correlation coefficient (R) and test ( ). We described the case of an adolescent male who sustained accidental cardiac penetration by an iron nail while performing carpentry work. Rapid referral to a specialized cardiac center enabled timely surgical intervention, illustrating the pivotal role of early recognition, expedited transfer, and expert management in optimizing outcomes. This case also highlights the grave risks associated with the employment of minors in hazardous occupational settings, where exposure to unsafe environments may lead to catastrophic consequences.

Breast cancer is one of the most widespread cancers,depending on World Health Organization, cancer calculated for approximately 7.6 million incidences in 2008, whoever expected elevation in incidence is about 13.1 million in 2030. So that the current research investigates vitamin D role in the occurrence of this disease and explains if vitamin D has a positive effect on the incidence of disease, as well as measuring parathyroid hormone and estrogen levels. Three groups were included in this analysis: control healthy women, benign and malignant breast tumor women. All cases that were selected at the beginning of the disease diagnosis. According to statistical values vitamin D showed highly significant (P<0.001) decrease in benign (3.74±2.33
