Background: Shock is a common clinical state, we face chocked patients in causality, surgical and gynecological  specialties like stab wounds, road traffic accidents, placenta preavia, placenta accrete, placenta pericreta, ectopic pregnancy, perforated viscus  etc. All such patients undergo surgical exploration and majority of them are shifted to ICU to complete monitoring and support. High percent of them they develop acute kidney injury intra and postoperatively and carry high mortality rate because of not so good nursing care in ICU in Iraq.

Analyzing plantar pressure trajectories is crucial for assessing foot behavior in dynamic gait stability. We propose the identification of foot symmetry and the detection of deformities by analyzing the trajectories of the center of pressure (CoP) and peak pressure (PP). First, using a foot pressure mapping system, plantar pressure data are acquired during a normal gait cycle. After the data have been acquired, post processing extracts both the CoP and PP trajectories over the spatiotemporal domain of foot motion for each foot independently. The aim of the study is to identify the barriers to dietary compliance among diabetic patients.
Methodology: The sample of the study consist of 100 patients who were divided into two groups according to
the type of diabetes mellitus; type 1 (Insulin-dependent diabetic mellitus), and type n (Non-Insulin dependent
diabetes mellitus). Each group consists of 50 patient selected randomly at each visit to Al-Waffa center in Mosul
city during the period from (1-12-2005) to (1-2-2006).
The steps of the study include recording the different barriers for diabetic patients. The questionnaire
