The present study aims to identify the extent to which biology book of sixth grade achieves the basic scientific aspects in light of its scientific objectives. To achieve this goal, the researcher needed to build two questionnaires to evaluate the biology book for sixth-grade. To answer the questions of the study, the researcher used the following statistical methods : the weighted average, and percentages; and to identify the extent to match the perspective of teachers of the material with the perspective of a researcher in each paragraph of the questionnaire as well as the degree of severity of each paragraph in the book neighborhoods sixth-grade has reached Aalbagesh to several of the most important results: 1. All the teachers were with the perspective of a researcher at the non-use of similar symbols in solving genetic exercises that confuse, for example, students of color blindness gene prevalent disease XC and gene recessive . 2. This research includes a study of the ability of Iraqi porcelanite rocks powder to remove the basic Safranine dye from its aqueous process by adsorption. The experiments were carried out at 298Kelvin in order to determine the effect of the starting concentration for Safranin dye, mixing time, pH, and the effect of ionic Strength. The good conditions were perfect for safranine dye adsorption was performed when0.0200g from that adsorbed particles and the removal max percentage was found be 96.86% at 9 mg/L , 20 minutes adsorption time and at PH=8 and in 298 K. Dengke Naniura is a traditional food from Sumatera Utara, Indonesia, that is produced through fermenting process, and this food is believed to contain high probiotics. The objective of the current research is to determine the potential of LAB as a probiotic that has been obtained from Dengke Naniura. Dengke Naniura was traditionally prepared from Cyprinus carpio. Four LABs have been successfully isolated from Dengke Naniura, such as D7DA3, D7B3, D7DBF and D7DN3. Those four LAB isolates were identified as Lactobacillus sp.
