The current research aims at extracting the standard characteristics of the emotional balance of the university students according to the response theory. This was accomplished by following accredited scientific steps, to achieve this goal, the researcher followed scientific steps in the procedures of the analysis of the scale. She translated the scale from English to Arabic and then made a reverse translation. it was presented to a committee of experts in English to ensure and verify the validity of the paragraphs logically and prove the face validity of the scale, which consists of (30) paragraphs, it was presented to (6) experts who are specialists in the educational and psychological sciences and in the light of their observations have been modified some, and reformulated some others , and In order to ensure that the measurement instructions and paragraphs were clear in the research sample and to determine the time required for performance, the scale was applied to an exploratory sample of (100) students were randomly selected from the students of the University of Baghdad / Faculty of Education Ibn Al-Haytham (Sports Department) and the students of the Faculty of Education / IbnRushd (Department of History), and showed that the instructions and paragraphs of the scale are clear, . To determine the standard characteristics of the paragraphs and the overall scale, as well as the verification of the model assumptions, the scale was applied to a sample of (500) male and female students from the university / morning classes in the city of Baghdad. Multi-spectral satellite images of the Landsat satellite by the tow sensitive Thematic Mapper (TM) and Thematic Mapper Enhancement (ETM+), which covered the study area located south east of Iraq. In this research; used the sixth thermal spectral band (Thermal Band) for study the water cover in the Al-Razzaza Lake located within the province of Karbala. We intended to study the cover a case of the study area, used satellite images showing the status of region during the period from 1990 to 2001 and 2007. From this study we conclude that cover the water of the study area change in sequence case to decrease during these years.

The slurry infiltrated fiber concrete (SIFCON) is nowadays considered a special type of high fiber content concrete; it is high strength and high performance material. This paper investigates the effect of spread steel fiber into the slurry mortar on some properties of SIFCON. According to fiber distribution, two sets were used in this investigation.
