The current study aims to identify the organizational values of kindergarten teachers as well as to identify the difference in the organizational values of kindergarten teachers in term of years of service, to do this; the researcher designed a scale to measure the organizational values. The scale was applied on a sample of (400) kindergarten teachers. The resesults revealed that kindergarten teachers have a high level of organizational values within the classroom. The result of the second objective showed significant differences among the organizational values (political, aesthetic and religious) in term of years of service. On the other hand, there were no significant differences in the other values. Based on these results, the researcher came out with a number of recommendations and suggestions that can be used by the educational and community institutions.
In this research, the covariance estimates were used to estimate the population mean in the stratified random sampling and combined regression estimates. were compared by employing the robust variance-covariance matrices estimates with combined regression estimates by employing the traditional variance-covariance matrices estimates when estimating the regression parameter, through the two efficiency criteria (RE) and mean squared error (MSE).
