The research aims at determining the type of educational dimensions to be broadcasted in children's television programs, clarifying the technical forms used in children's TV programs, analyzing the educational dimensions provided by children's television programs, and studying the educational dimensions of children's television programs. The researcher used a sample of children's programs: all of us heroes, which is a daily program on the mbc3 channel as well as the program of Tel flowers on the Algerian channel. The researcher designed an analysis content form included categories of analysis. Spss program was used to process the collected data. The research reached several results; the concentration of educational dimensions in the children's programs is on moral and educational behaviors, as they are the most important things that the child should learn. The learning and knowledge are the most educational dimensions focused on the children's programs as well as helping others and caring for cleanliness, and the majority of children's programs focus on the educational and instructional goals.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of a Cognitive- Behavioral Training Program in reducing Problems Solving among a sample of education university College Students, the study sample consisted of (50) students were randomly assigned to two groups: experimental, and control; (25) students per group, the results of (ANOVA) revealed that there were significant differences at (p < 0.05) between experimental and control group in Problems Solving level, while there were significant differences between both groups in achievement. This research aims to know the effect of adopting IFRS 9 on the relevance of the value of the accounting information of the companies in the Iraqi Stock Exchange. Researchers relied on analyzing the financial statements of 10 listed companies for years 2016 – 2019. Researchers used the Ohlson price model to test the relationship between accounting information and value relevance. The research indicated that there is a significant relationship between the adoption of IFRS 9 and the relevance of the value of the earnings and the book value, but the earnings information is more relevance than the book value information, it is due to the interest of investors in the income statement in making investment decisions.
