تعد برامج الحاسوب احد ابرز ملامح التقدم التقني في مجال تكنلوجيا المعلومات والتي أثارت العديد من القضايا الجديدة لم تكن موجودة منذ منتصف القرن العشرين ومن بين هذه القضايا حق التأليف وبرامج الحاسوب، وما يستتبع ذلك من ضرورة وجود نصوص قانونية تبين مدى الحماية القانونية التي يتمتع بها المبتكرون وضوابط استخدام هذه البرامج من قبل الغير، ولا يزال الجدل قائماً حول الطبيعة القانونية لبرامج الحاسوب بين من يرى خضوعها

New Schiff base ligand 2-((4-amino-5-(3, 4, 5-trimethoxybenzyl) pyrimidin- 2-ylimino) (phenyl)methyl)benzoic acid] = [HL] was synthesized using microwave irradiation trimethoprim and 2-benzoyl benzoic acid. This study proposes a hybrid predictive maintenance framework that integrates the Kolmogorov-Arnold Network (KAN) with Short-Time Fourier Transform (STFT) for intelligent fault diagnosis in industrial rotating machinery.
