Performance measures are a central component of management control system, making good planning and control decisions requires information about how different subunits of organizations have performed. To be effective, performance measures (both financial and nonfinancial) must also motivate managers and employees at all levels of organization to strive to achieve organization goals.

To give aclear picture about performance must be used compound measure, that was best than single measure.

Altman model can be used as a compound performance measure that measures the performance by tied a sum of variables, due to make weight for every variable to reach for performance.

Student performance may influence by several factors in all his study levels such as primary school, intermediate school and even in his college; some of these factors are psychological factors, social factors, and the factors which correlate with student environment.

In this paper we study some of these factors to discover their influence by using canonical correlation analysis to analyze the data. Many conclusions are discovered to help who focuses student performance or to make it pest in future.

This study focused on the role and importance of alkaloid compounds in Punica granatum peels which is one of many wide distribution medicinal fruits. Two kinds of pathogenic fungi were isolated from patients in Baghdad to be tested, also a type of extracts was prepared, alkaloids were isolated and partially purified and detected by two ways, a classic depended technique also used for determine these alkaloids, results showed an observed differences among extracts or treatments towards the fungi samples. Concentrations of heavy metals (Copper Cu, Iron Fe, Manganese Mn, Cadmium Cd, and Lead Pb) have been studied in river crab Sesarma boulengeri (Outer part of the shield and interior tissues) which caught from two stations in Shatt Al – Arab river (Salhia and Aldeir areas).
