Villages in most rural areas of the developing world, including Iraq, suffer from a deterioration in the urban structure in its various aspects, both in the lack of internal planning in terms of residential unit design which is not commensurate with the sustainable health life, in addition to the lack of infrastructure and community services networks As well as road networks linking them to neighboring urban centers, which was accompanied by the emergence of other problems, including the desire of the population to migrate to neighboring cities and the deterioration of economic activities due to lack of activation of economic development plans (Rural villages suffer from a lack of interest in urban development within the regional spatial area and hence the difficulty of achieving sustainable rural development). Assuming that through Amran rural villages, rural villages can be overcome by establishing unplanned or systematic villages. Which are spread within a specific spatial area and according to the proposals of sustainable urban development in a way that contributes to the development of the countryside and the preservation of its various development potentials (natural and human), thus achieving the goal of achieving sustainable rural development. Mainly urged to review the concepts of the study and analyze the importance of the urban development of the villages spread within the countryside of Al-Hira province as a necessity to protect the agricultural lands. Preserve the human potentials within the rural areas and propose a future developmental vision for upgrading the urban structure of the villages through the reconstruction and rehabilitation of planned and sustainable villages As solutions for sustainable urban and rural development within the study area (rural area of Al-Hira).
This paper compares between the direct and indirect georeferencing techniques in Photogrammetry bases on a simulation model. A flight plan is designed which consists of three strips with nine overlapped images for each strip by a (Canon 500D) digital camera with a resolution of 15 Mega Pixels.
The triangulation computations are carried out by using (ERDAS LPS) software, and the direct measurements are taken directly on the simulated model to substitute using GPS/INS in real case. The main objective of this study is to understand the work of the pile caps made of lightweight aerated foam concrete and study the many factors affecting the ability and the capacity of the shear. The study was done by analyzing previous practical and theoretical experiences on the reinforced concrete pile caps. The previous practical results indicated that all specimens failed by shear diagonal compression or tension modes except one specimen that failed flexural-shear mode. Based on test specimens' practical results and behavior, some theoretical methods for estimating the ultimate strength of reinforced concrete pile caps have been recommended, some of which evolved into the design documents available on the subject.
