At the planning level, there have been many studies and mathematical and statistical models to analyze variance and clarify its dimensions and to measure the degree of developmental disparity between Regions and means of narrowing this problem and the development of policies and strategies for development plans in this direction and to restructure the economic capacities between the regions to achieve a balance in development according to priorities and stages sequentially down Li balance in the development of the regions of the disease focus on the development of the regions less developed and relatively advanced regions account.
The problem that has accompanied the process of planning since the fifties is the emergence of spatial disparity between the regions. A total of 247 Mallard ( Anas platyrhynchos platyrhynchos L.) from Baghdad and Kut were examined for the Cestodes Diorchis stefanskii Sobolevicanthes gracilis; Hymenolepis mastigopraditae and the Nematode Amidostomum acutum in the first time in Iraq . Among these , 151 birds were found infected by these helminthes It has been found small nodules on the external surface of the intestine , Ulceration of mucosa inflammatory infiltrate , Oedemats changes and hyperplasia in the section of infected intestine were noticed.
The aim of this research is to study the effect of welded joint design (Butt joint and lap joint) on thejoint strength during tension and fatigue loading with different current of welding (40,50,60,70,80) ^per, and different type of wire welding. Different values for the energies result for the different bonds, depending on the location of the bond and the structure of the corresponding transition states. The C-C bond cleavage reactions include H atom migration, in many cases, leading to the formation of CH2 groups and H-C≡C- acetylenic fragments.
