The environment is not an area isolated from actions, aspirations and human needs. It is the sum total and the outcome of all external factors that affect the life of the organism. The environment is a complex dynamic system in which many interactive components are intertwined, and their knowledge of these components, their interactions and the relationships between man and natural resources and his developmental plans have made us realize more than ever that unless development is guided by environmental considerations, development results will be undesirable and return With few benefits or even completely fail. Therefore, we see that the countries, especially the developed ones, have given this aspect a lot of their concerns, but attention to this aspect in Iraq has been and is still below the required level and is reflected in the level of overrun on green areas and indifference to its importance in terms of climatic, aesthetic and environmental ..., by not implementing The plan is the basis for it, but it is overrun. Hence, the choice of Baghdad (the study area) and the problems mentioned previously of a population explosion and the resulting problems as well as the harsh climate that makes the green areas an urgent need to address the harsh conditions experienced by the city. As the problem was exacerbated and complicated and the inability of all the executive authorities to stop the urban encroachment on green areas and reduce abuses. The issue of land uses for urban purposes has faced serious problems in Iraqi cities, especially in Baghdad. Failures have been repeated in implementing the basic plan for the green areas due to ignoring their climatic, environmental, economic and social importance and making decisions that failed to understand the nature of this component. The absence of environmental legislation and the low environmental awareness of these institutions and society in general. Therefore, as planners, we have to recognize the fact that the environment is a moral responsibility that will be borne by all, and that any planning process must take into account the environmental aspects of achieving sustainable development that preserves the right of future generations

The present study aims to identifying the effect of Eurygaster integriceps infection on the quality features of the local wheat varity IBA 99. This study evaluates the performance of magnetic abrasive finishing (MAF) of aluminum alloy in terms of achieving materials removal (MR). A vertical milling machine is used to perform the finishing process using a developed MAF unit that consists of an inductor made out of a 150 mm long and 20 mm diameter iron core wound with 1500 turns and 0.5 mm copper wire. In this study, an analysis of re-using the JPEG lossy algorithm on the quality of satellite imagery is presented. The standard JPEG compression algorithm is adopted and applied using Irfan view program, the rang of JPEG quality that used is 50-100.Depending on the calculated satellite image quality variation, the maximum number of the re-use of the JPEG lossy algorithm adopted in this study is 50 times. The image quality degradation to the JPEG quality factor and the number of re-use of the JPEG algorithm to store the satellite image is analyzed.

The parasite E.histolytica was first isolated from a stool sample, and then cultivated and maintained in vitro using Locke-egg medium (LEM) and Liver infusion agar medium (LIAM) . Then, the effect of some types of erythrocytes (human and sheep), on the growth and activity of the parasite in the two culture media was investigated. The parasite was able to ingest and lysis erythrocytes of human and sheep that were supplemented to the culture media and such manipulation was able to augment the reproduction rate of the cultivated E. histolytica, however, such consequence was media- and concentration-dependent. An investigation was conducted for dewaxing of lubricating oil fraction by urea to reduce the pour point.In this study mixture of 45 % methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) and 55 % toluene was used as a solvent. The studied variables are mixing time (10-70 min), solvent to oil volume ratio (0.5:1- 2:1), urea to wax weight ratio (2- 6) and constant mixing speed 1500 rpm. By analysis of the experimental results, the best operating conditions achieved are mixing time 40 min, solvent/oil 2:1 volume ratio, and urea/wax 4:1 weight ratio. At these conditions the pour point of the lubricating oil decreases from 24 ° C to -13 °C.
Preparation of epoxy/ TiO2 and epoxy/ Al2O3 nanocomposites is studed and investigated in this paper. The nano composites are processed by different nano fillers concentrations (0, 0.01, 0.02 ,0.03, 0.04 ,0.05 ,0.07 and 0.1 wt%). The particles sized of TiO2,Al2O3 are about 20–50 nm.Epoxy resin and nano composites containing different shape nano fillers of (TiO2:Al2O3 composites),are shear mixing with ratio 1 to 1,with different nano hybrid fillers concentrations( 0.025 ,0.0 5 ,0.15 ,0.2, and 0.25 wt%) to Preparation of epoxy/ TiO2- Al2O3 hybrid composites. The mechanical properties of nanocomposites such as bending ,wearing, and fatigue are investigated as mechanical properties.
