يهدف البحث الحالي إلى معرفة اثر التدريس بطريقة التنقيب الحواري في حفظ النصوص الأدبية لدى طلبة قسم اللغة الكردية، اختارت الباحثة طلبة المرحلة الثانية في قسم اللغة الكردية بكلية التربية ابن رشد، للعام الدراسي
(2008-2009) ميدان لتطبيق تجربتها.

This study discussed modern variable in the organizational thought that is the high performance organizations in the two of Iraqi public organizations. The aim of study determines to know the level of the performance in this organizations (high or not). The data was Collected by questionnaire which contain (8) characteristics, the organizational design, strategy, process, technology, leadership, the roles, culture, and external environment). The sample contain from (76) employees;

Results points that the two organizations didn’t reach to the high level of performance, and there are significance's difference  among them.

Abstract: The M(II) complexes [M2(phen)2(L)(H2O)2Cl2] in (2:1:2 (M:L:phen) molar ratio, (where M(II) =Mn(II), Co(II), Cu(II), Ni(II) and Hg(II), phen = 1,10-phenanthroline; L = 2,2'-(1Z,1'Z)-(biphenyl-4,4'-diylbis(azan-1-yl-1-ylidene))bis(methan-1-yl-1- ylidene)diphenol] were synthesized. The mixed complexes have been prepared and characterized using 1H and13C NMR, UV/Visible, FTIR spectra methods and elemental microanalysis, as well as magnetic susceptibility and conductivity measurements. Irak Türk ağızları Azeri Türkçesinin bir uzantısı olarak değerlendirilir.Kerkük Türkçesiyle yazılan edebi ürünler, Irak Türkçesinin tamamını ifade etmek üzere kullanılmaktadır. Zamanın Eli divanı Kerkük Türkçesile yazılan bir eserdir. Bu yüzden bu divanı seçtik ve Irak Türkmen Türkçesi , Osmanlı Türkçesi ve Türkiye Türkçesi dilleri arasında  karşılaştırmalı bir inceleme yaptık.

Bu araştırma, Irak Türkmen şairlerinden birisi  sayılan  Es’at Naib’in  şiirleri üzerinde uygulamalı bir çalışmadanoluşmaktadır. Bu çalışmada adı geçen şairin “Zamanın Eli” Divanından bazışiirlerini önce yeni Türkçeye çevirdik vedaha sonra isim ç
