And contain any urban environment on the surface of this planet special features associated with social norms, cultural, economic and environmental associated with the physical environment or the other cities is the memory of communities taking into account the requirements of contemporary planning and urban development so that the interested nature of architectural and urban local and regional private, and establish the concept that what we build today will be a legacy for future generations, at the same time maintain the integration with the role of architectural heritage in the overall national development in general, and tourism development in particular

Practical experiments show that channeled flow in waste leads to rapid discharge of large leachate volumes and heterogeneous moisture distribution. In order to more accurately predict leachate generation, leachate models must be improved. To predict moisture movement through waste, the two–domain PREFLO, are tested. Experimental waste and leachate flow values are compared with model predictions. When calibrated with experimental parameters, the PREFLO provides estimates of breakthrough time. A cut-off low is a closed low with a low value of geopotential height at the upper atmospheric levels that has been fully detached (cut-off) from the westerly flow and move independently. A cut-off low causes extreme rainfall events in the mid-latitudes regions. The main aim of this paper is to investigate the cut-off low at 500 hPa over Iraq from a synoptic point of view and the behavior of geopotential height at 500 hPa.
