The research aims to identify the most important determinants of government spending in Iraq and to indicate the type and nature of the relationship between government spending and its determinants, which will contribute to understanding the movement of government spending. The questionnaire was used as a research tool to identify the factors that stimulate or retard the research sample from being compliant.
