The current study Focus to examine the university environment with a focus on the idea of complementarily between colleges developed and technical institutes and the investment of available resources, which constitute one of the pillars of the idea of the development of these colleges and their impact in reducing the waste of economic resources, and will be the geographical area elected are complex institutions and technical colleges in Zafaraniya, which includes (Institute of Technology and its relationship with Baghdad College of Technology - Baghdad). This research shows the fragmentation of the university environment and inconsistency at multiple levels of fragmentation events and student activities and devote the idea of separation, isolation and lack of interaction between students within the environment one, plus a lack of investment in human resources varied in that environment and resorting to self-sufficiency, thereby contributing to the lack of direct economic resources properly.

The study aimed to identify the news framing on the Israeli Arabic-speaking i24 channel of the Israeli aggression on Gaza -2021 by analyzing the channel’s Program “this evening”. The study used the media survey method, and in its framework, it relied on the content analysis method for the program’s episodes from May 5, 2021 AD until June 4, 2021 AD, with 22 episodes. The study showed the program’s interest in launching the Palestinian resistance’s rockets significantly, followed by the Israeli military operations, and the program’s reliance on correspondents largely as a source of news material related to the aggression. Cadmium oxide (CdO) thin films were deposited using the sequencing ion layer adsorption and reaction (SILAR) method. In this study, the effect of the pH value of an aqueous solution of cadmium acetate at a concentration of 0.2 mol of the cadmium oxide film was determined. The solution source for the cadmium oxide film was cadmium ions and an aqueous ammonia solution. The CdO films were deposited on glass substrates at a temperature of 90 ℃. The cadmium oxide film thickness was determined by the weight difference method at pH values (7.2, 8.2).
