This study is descriptive and theory of Dawn syndrome as the problem of research lies in the need to identify the identification of the causes of Dawn syndrome and its symptoms and methods of dealing with it, which has become a problem that needs treatment, especially after the numbers have become high in Iraq, which has not yet taken the necessary importance for treatment and care.

The objectives of the research were summarized in the identification of the most important causes of Dawn syndrome and its symptoms and diagnosis and ways or methods of dealing with people with Dawn syndrome in order to develop therapeutic plans for him.

This is prospective study began in Jan. 2003 and concluded in April 2004, was undertaken to examine the benefits of 810 nm diode laser in treatment of four patient with bilateral vocal cord paralysis also to compare the results with conventional treatment Material and methods: 810 nm diode laser 15 watts was used in these cases under general anesthesia, and induction of anesthetic drug done through tracheostomy tube in all patients. All patients were decanulated “Tracheostomy tube removed”, the voice of all preserved within normal. The study's primary purpose is to explore an appropriate way of monitoring and assessing water depths using the satellite remote sensing technique of the Al Habbaniyah Lake in Iraq. This research studied the experience-conditions (thresholds) of different bands for multi-temporal satellite image data with different satellite image sensors (Landsat 5-TM, and EO1-ALI) for the same region, to recognize regions of water depths.
