This research includes the preparation of a new azo 2-((2-(1H-indol-2- yl)ethyl)diazinyl)-5-aminophenol, in which the diazonium salt of 2(1H– Indole–3yl)- ethylamine reacts with a compound 3-aminophenol, and complexes have been prepared with the ions of Ni (II), Pd(II), Pt(IV), and Au(III). The aim of this study is to explain the extent of the impact of some economic variables such as the supply of money, gross domestic product, national income, after reaching the stability of these variables. These estimators are closely related to the hazard function by using one of the nonparametric methods namely the kernel function for censored data type with varying bandwidth and kernel boundary. Two types of bandwidth are used:  local bandwidth and global bandwidth. Moreover, four types of boundary kernel are used namely: Rectangle, Epanechnikov, Biquadratic and Triquadratic and the proposed function was employed with all kernel functions.
