In this study, the dung beetles Aphodius (Bodilus) ictericus (Laicharting, 1781) and Aphodius (Planolinellus) vittatus Say, 1825 which belongs to the family of Aphodiidae (Order: Coleoptera) are redscribed here as to being found for the first time in Iraq.

    The specimens were collected from different regions in the middle of Iraq; the main diagnostic characters and some morphological features of males were drawn and pictured.

On of the psychological disorders that the human encounters is guilty conscience, this feeling is negative and affects on the individual and on those around him and harms the psychological health of the individual.

The objective of the research is to measure the impact of social responsibility on the financial performance of the Bank of Baghdad for the period from 2014 to 2016 (3 years) through discussing and analyzing the level of practice of the Bank of Baghdad for social responsibility and the impact on their financial performance during the period. In the light of the globalization Which surrounds the business environment and whose impact has been reflected on industrial economic units  the whole world has become a single market that affects its variables on all units and is affected by the economic contribution of each economic unit as much as its share. The problem of this research is that the use of Pareto analysis enables industrial economic units to diagnose the risks surrounding them , so the main objective of the research was to classify risks into both internal and external types and identify any risks that require more attention.
