The main objective of resources management is to supply and support the site operation with necessary resources in a way to achieve the required timing in handing over the work as well as to achieve the cost-realism within the budget estimated. The research aims to know the advantage of using GIS in management of resources as one of the new tools that keep pace with the evolution in various countries around the world also collect the vast amount of spatial data resources in one environment easily to handled and accessed quickly and this help to make the right decision regarding management of resources in various construction projects. The process of using GIS in the management and identification of resources is of extreme importance in the process of planning, programming, management and cost of resources and therefore a scientific follow-up cost and time to projects construction different as that fact indicates an urgent need to use new tools to help the process of projects within clear curriculum and assess the benefit of those Tools according to what is available in the same field As a result of the steps used in the application of research methodology it has been achieved to prove the benefit of using geographic information systems for better management and resource planning for various projects which help to reduce the duration of the project and help Italy national on the speed-up the execution and provides a new environment for the management of the vast quantity of spatial data in one place which make it easy to handle and to update. New third –order iterative method for solving nonlinear equations. J. Appl. Sci .7(2011): 916-921] , using three steps based on Newton equation , finite difference method and linear interpolation. The flexible joint robot manipulators provide various benefits, but also present many control challenges such as nonlinearities, strong coupling, vibration, etc. This paper proposes optimal second order integral sliding mode control (OSOISMC) for a single link flexible joint manipulator to achieve robust and smooth performance. Firstly, the integral sliding mode control is designed, which consists of a linear quadratic regulator (LQR) as a nominal control, and switching control.
