The main problem of this research is the delay of implementation of the investment plan projects for the period (2013-2016) and the weakness of the staff ability in the ministries and they don’t have the sufficient experience to carry out the implementation process.

Therefore, the research aims to evaluate the implementation of programs and projects of the investment plan in a manner consistent with the objectives set for them without any wasteful of efforts, time and money. And then identify the problems and obstacles to determine the deviations of the implementation of the specific for each sector according to the criteria of evaluation and the form of cost, quality, time and implementation.<

The topological indices of the "[(µ3-2, 5-dioxyocyclohexylidene)-bis ((2-hydrido)-nonacarbonyltriruthenium]” were studied within the quantum theory of atoms in the molecule (QTAIM), clusters are
analyzed using the density functional theory (DFT). The estimated topological variables accord with prior
descriptions of comparable transition metal complexes. The Quantum Theory of Atom, in molecules
investigation of the bridging core component, Ru3H2, revealed critical binding points (chemical bonding)
between Ru (1) and Ru (2) and Ru (3). Consequently, delocalization index for this non-bonding interaction

In which, the generalization of the elongation and roundness ratio coefficient criterion was modified, which was set in a range between (0-1). One of the serious problems in any wireless communication system using multi carrier modulation technique like Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) is its Peak to Average Power Ratio (PAPR).It limits the transmission power due to the limitation of dynamic range of Analog to Digital Converter and Digital to Analog Converter (ADC/DAC) and power amplifiers at the transmitter, which in turn sets the limit over maximum achievable rate.

Background: Any child with Down's syndrome does not develop in the same manner as normal child. Therefore, the child should not be viewed as being like everyone else. Developmental enamel defects in primary teeth have been found at least twice as frequently in disabled children as in control children. Down's syndrome consumed protein more than the recommended daily allowance compared to other disabled groups. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate developmental defects of enamel and their relations to nutrient intake among Down's syndrome children in comparison to normal children.
